Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

• Can I still use Tueetor without T.Pak? 

Yes! You can still use Tueetor without T.Pak. However, do note that there will be limited functions with your account. 

• Is T.Pak a recurring charge? 

Yes it is. However, you can opt to stop it at any time. 

• What if I am an existing NTUC Union member? 

You will still be entitled to the sponsorship. However, instead of filling up the membership registration form, you will have to email membership@ntuc.org.sg and indicate “Tueetor 6 months’ sponsored membership” OR “Tueetor 12 months sponsored membership” under the Subject section.
